Virtual World Affairs Forum: Afghanistan: It’s Complicated (session 6)

Join a virtual international relations discussion group modeled on the Foreign Policy Association’s Great Decisions. This eight-session series will cover an array of topics, including China’s role in the Paris Accord, Iran’s role in world terrorism, global migration and more. Reading material will be shared prior to each session.  These discussions are developed and moderated by members of the Library’s Great Decisions group that meets each winter.

October 4 –China’s Role in the Paris Accord
October 18 – Iran: Its Role in World Terrorism
November 1 – Migration and its Impact Around the World
November 15 – Covid-19: A Global View
November 29 – The Federal Reserves Place in National and Global Socio-Economic Scheme: Key Challenges and Issues
December 13– Currency Wars
January 3 – TBD

Registration is required to receive topic related readings and a Zoom invitation prior to each session.  Registering for this program will register you for the entire 7-week session. Please contact Elaine Sanders if you have any questions.
